The 2018 Upper Midwest Digital Collections Conference (#UMDCC18) will be held on November 8-9th at St. Catherine University campus, St. Paul, Minnesota. The UMDCC provides opportunities for digital collections creators and curators in the region and beyond to network, share best practices, participate in hands-on workshops, and learn from leaders in digital cultural heritage.

Katie Kuntz has a MLS with a specialization rare book and manuscript librarianship from Indiana University. She has cataloged and digitized as a part of the Media Digitization and Preservation Initiative at Indiana University. At the Lilly Library, the Kinsey Institute, Wylie House Museum, and the Fine Arts Library, she has worked on cataloging and processing special collection materials. She is currently Richardson-Sloane Special Collections Supervisor at the Davenport Public Library where she manages the Special Collections department, creates programming, processes, catalogs and digitizes local history materials. In a previous position, she prepares and preserves born digital materials from projects regarding the 1972 Flood of Rapid City and the Oral History Project for access.
